Job Description:
Innovative is hiring an experienced Buckhoist Operator for a construction project. We’re looking for a dependable professional with a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating buckhoists in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Operate buckhoist to transport personnel and materials between floors.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Coordinate with site supervisors and trades to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce and follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized hoist area.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating a buckhoist on active construction sites.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Location/Salary: Project Site is Located Downtown Cincinnati. Pay $20hr 40hrs at least a week could be more if overtime is required. Start time 6am end time will be discussed with onsite manager.
