Description
Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems. This mid-level position involves working independently, leading small projects, and collaborating with senior analysts to develop solutions that enhance business processes and improve system efficiency.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts detailed analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
- Gathers, documents, and prioritizes user requirements for system enhancements and changes.
- Configures, tests, and implements SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Provides advanced end-user support and training for SAP applications.
- Leads small projects and initiatives to improve SAP system functionality.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience with process improvement functions
- 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small projects.
Essential Physical Functions:
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to climb and stoop as needed and sit/walk for prolonged periods during working hours.
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
