The Business Development Center Agent at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc plays a key role in generating and following up on leads to increase sales and foster customer relationships.

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for sales representatives
- Maintaining customer databases and tracking communications
- Following up with potential customers to drive sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
