Our growing team has an open role for Business Development Project Manager – Office of the CCO to join our team.

The Business Development Project Manager – Office of the CCO will report directly to the VP/Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Corporate Intelligence. This role requires tenacity to support the Office of the CCO with advancing business development initiatives, CRM data entry, scheduling meetings, and coordinating projects with various staff. data integrity initiatives. This individual must effectively work independently on assignments and in a team environment with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Business Development Operations, Chief Commercial Officers, Managing Directors, SVP, Marketing, VP/Director of CRM and Corporate Intelligence, and Associate CRM Manager.

Responsibilities

Proactive Support

• Partner with senior business development leaders on key client and market initiatives.

• Manage attribution reporting, including oversight of the senior management schedule and tracking of meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

• Develop knowledge of the firm’s practice offerings, competitive positioning, and industry landscape to contribute to strategic go-to-market plans.

• Pull, analyze, and interpret data on target accounts, providing insights and recommendations to support annual outreach and revenue targets.

• Deliver ongoing intelligence and updates to account leaders to ensure alignment with business development goals.

Administrative Coordination

• Coordinate complex meeting schedules, often with senior executives from law firms, private equity, investment banks, and corporations.

• Handle end-to-end meeting preparation: scheduling, Outlook invitations, agenda setup, note-taking, transcription, and distribution of follow-ups.

• Support two Chief Commercial Officers with Salesforce data entry, meeting logging, opportunity attribution, and routing.

• Serve as the liaison between the CCOs and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all business development activities.

Team Collaboration & Execution

• Manage follow-up communication on behalf of the CCOs, ensuring accountability and timely next steps.

• Partner with internal business development staff to align on opportunities, pipeline tracking, and growth strategies.

• Collaborate directly with C-suite executives to execute cross-functional initiatives that require high visibility and discretion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Project Management, or Business Development Operations role (professional services or financial services experience preferred).

• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience supporting C-suite executives and managing high-stakes client interactions.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

In compliance with the New York & Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in Illinois is between $90,000-$100,000. This salary range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits which are offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description. If a candidate's experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.
