We Are Hiring: Business Intelligence/PowerBI Engineer

Hybrid working model - Belgrade office

We are hiring a Business Intelligence/PowerBI Engineer to be an integral team member in managing, analyzing, and loading financial data into SQL Server databases. You will contribute to the understanding and operation of Treasury functions and a spectrum of financial products including Equities, Fixed Income, REPO, and Stock Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to source, ingest, and govern data in diverse formats
• Utilize DevOps tools such as GIT and CI to work within a team of seasoned developers
• Implement data ingestion into our data warehouse using ELT processes and T-SQL
• Develop, deploy, and maintain OLAP databases and SSAS cubes
• Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
• Write efficient, clean, and reusable code to extract value from data
• Ensure all project deadlines are met with high standards of performance

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional technical proficiency in T-SQL, DAX, SSAS Tabular, and related technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical mindset
• Solid grasp of data warehousing, and data processing principles
• Collaborative work ethic and ability to engage with a global team
• Proficient data analytical skills, including data mining and discovery
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts
• In-depth business knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, REPOs, and Stock Lending
• Comprehensive understanding of Treasury operations and functions
