What You’ll Do:

  • Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, & Payroll processes

  • Manage and process car deals efficiently

  • Maintain organized office and customer records

  • Contribute to general office operations and team initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to help the dealership succeed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Experience in a dealership setting preferred

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred

  • Experience with accounting or office operations preferred

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be a team player
