Asthe Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadin the GBS S2P Process, Platform,Analyticsand Insights Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving patients' lives by ensuring that our operations are streamlined andoptimized, allowing Pfizer to deliver critical medications and therapies to those in need more effectively.

What You Will Achieve

  • Collaborate withGlobal andRegional Service DeliveryLeadsand S2P Category Leadershipto executekeyinitiatives tooptimizeoperations and improve efficiencyof inscope BPO processes.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across global processesthat are in scope ofour BPO partner.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
  • Manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee process improvementsin partnership with our BPO partner.
  • Provideleadership, anddeliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments.
  • Identifyand assess training needs to continuously advance innovation andoptimizeservice delivery across both outsourced and retainedS2Poperations.
  • Collaborate across PPAI team to drive improvement and resolve operational challenges related tobuying channels,processesor platforms.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

  • BA/BS with at least7+years of experience, MBA/MS with at least6years, PhD/JD with at least 1 year.
  • Strong compliance tracking, documentation, and risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, continuous optimization, and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; English fluency.
  • Self-starter with analytical mindset and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiencyin SAP Ariba or similar procurement tools, MS Office, and workflow systems (e.g., Fuse).
  • Solid knowledge of Source-to-Contract operations and procurement regulations.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Procurement/Sourcing experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Work location: Hybrid - onsite an average of 2.5 days per week or as the business requires.
  • This role may require up to 10% travel, including international travel.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,700.00 to $181,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
