Job Description

Primary Work Location

Lincoln, NE preferred. Remote candidates may be considered but must be willing to make occasional trips to our home office.

Overview

The Business Systems Administrator will support the LICORbio business unit. The primary duties will be to administer, configure, and integrate various systems with Oracle NetSuite ERP and Salesforce Administration. You will provide support to end users at all locations (Lincoln, Remote U.S., International). Assist with data, reports, and new applications/features as needed to help drive the business forward. While it is critical that this role learns about LICORbio by being on-site, a hybrid work schedule can be arranged after sufficient training is complete.

Professional Qualifications

Education

  • AAS in Computer Science minimum, BS Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Oracle NetSuite applications or other ERP cloud software system experience required.
  • Experience with ERP modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, PO), Shipping/Receiving, Order Management, Production Planning (MRP), CRM, etc.
  • Experience with configuration changes, workflow creation or enhancements in an ERP system.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired but not a requirement.

General

  • Accurately follow directions with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listener with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-starter, able to figure things out with limited direction.
  • Work well with others.
  • Must be dependable and have a good attendance record.

Position Responsibilities

  • Configure, and support Oracle NetSuite and related software applications.
  • Work with users to analyze/configure/tailor applications and/or process flows (to avoid customization) to fit their needs.
  • Maintain, improve, and extend enterprise forms, reports, etc.
  • Modify configurations to maintain, improve, and extend Oracle NetSuite and related software.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle NetSuite and related software issues.
  • Share duties in general administration of Oracle NetSuite system.
  • Learn and Administer Salesforce environment.
