At Solutionreach, we are looking for a high-energy, motivated Enterprise Mid-Market SDR to focus on our vision-specific clients, think enterprise-level Optometry and Ophthalmology groups. This will be a fantastic opportunity to build something new and be an influential voice in developing strategy and execution. Ready to help the vision care world see the value of what we do? What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to connection for enterprise-level Optometry and Ophthalmology groups, uncovering their needs and showcasing how Solutionreach can add value.
  • Work 1:1 with an Account Executive, building pipeline together and aligning efforts.
  • Own the frontlines of the sales process-primarily outbound outreach, but you'll handle inbound leads too.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier prospects.
  • Be part of a tight-knit team that is all about driving impact, building momentum, and celebrating wins.
  • No nights or weekends! Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, in-office Tuesday-Thursday. (If you are outside of Utah and interested, please still apply)

Requirements

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Experience in enterprise sales or working with healthcare professionals.
  • You know how to communicate like a pro with clarity and confidence.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, uncover pain points, and build trust.
  • You can manage change, stay flexible, and roll with the punches.
  • Organized, meticulous, and great at following up without missing a beat.

Is this role remote? Those located within a 50-mile radius of our corporate headquarters operate on a hybrid work schedule. Employees living more than 50 miles out of Lehi, UT work remotely. Solutionreach has teams working across North America.
