solarXperts is offering the opportunity for the right person to train as a Sales Representative in the quickly growing industry of solar sales, no experience necessary.
We are seeking highly motivated workers who have the drive to learn their role as a Sales Rep inside and out, and help homeowners save money, and the environment, by converting their homes to solar energy.
Your Duties:
- Secure Solar System deals with homeowners through in-home presentations
- Complete all necessary paperwork and financing documents to close the sale
- Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and other means of lead generation
- Continue to Learn and Advance both your Solar Industry knowledge and Sales Skills

- High Commission Split – We retain the best sales reps in the business by offering one of the most generous commission structures in the industry – up to 80% for qualifying representatives. Top Sales Reps generate 15 or more Sales per Month.
- Fast Start Program – Earn up to $1,500 bonus for each sale during your First 30 days. We understand it can take time to build your pipeline in a sales representative position, our Fast Start program aims to let our reps earn while they are learning on the job.

Qualifications:
- Full Time Availability
- Strong Communication and Critical Thinking skills
- High School Diploma (some college preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
