CNC Machine Operator

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under direct supervision, the CNC Machine Operator will provide support to the CNC production department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CNC operations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Load and Unload blanks/finished tools from the loader compartments to keep machines running.
• Update server batch information accordingly.
• Perform geometry inspections of the product, including regular Helicheck reports.
• Keep job paperwork, including inspection paperwork, up to date with production quantities and inspection data.
• Keep the inspected product capped in job boards to mark inspection locations and prove inspection frequency.
• Move finished jobs to the next operation.
• Assist coworkers in keeping equipment running efficiently.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

YOU'LL BRING:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• CNC Machining experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to follow Engineering documents including but not limited to:

• Geometry specification sheets

• Product drawings

• Job routers

• Process sheets

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability for attention to details.

• Ability to work independently.

• Regular standing and frequent walking.

• Occasional climbing stairs, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Starting pay begins at $23+ per hour, with even higher wages for experienced candidates! Plus, our second-shift team benefits from a generous shift differential.
