Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the development and implementation of alternative asset platform solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and operations to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct stakeholder reviews to validate project requirements and overall satisfaction upon completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure the project meets market demands and aligns with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly within the alternative assets space or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of platform build-out processes, including software development life cycles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
