Job Description
EarthCraft Landscaping is hiring a Landscaping Project Manager and Salesperson to join their team!

This position, based in Indiana, PA, includes a competitive base salary between $60,000 -$70,000 annually plus opportunities for commission. We also offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement for driving to client sites or access to a company vehicle, and a company-provided cell phone and laptop.
Responsibilities for the Landscaping Project Manager and Sales – Hardscape Division include:
- Driving sales and performing on-site consultations with residential clientele, listening actively to identify the client's pain points, needs, and budget, while building trust and rapport through honest and educated feedback;
- Collaborating with the internal support team on designing, estimating, and proposal processes for hardscape projects;
- Communicating a clear vision and clear expectations to the client, and ensuring the vision is properly executed by our skilled installers;
- Collaborating with the installers and sales support team to solve problems and communicate with the client;
- Qualifying incoming leads and generating additional leads by networking within the community, developing strong relationships with clientele and referral partners;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager and Sales – Hardscape Division include:
- 1+ years of professional work experience in landscape installation and paver/wall construction, including a basic understanding of estimating what is required to complete that work;
- 1+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success;
- Able to be tobacco-free during work hours and support our tobacco-free workplace;
- Understands technology and can demonstrate computer proficiency;
- Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager and Sales – Hardscape Division include:
- A degree in a related field;
- Experience working directly with homeowners in a design-build landscape and/or hardscape company;
- Has design experience or an in-depth understanding of designs, blueprints, and builds;
- Understands the construction techniques required to build segmental walls and paver patios.
