This role could work out of any of our locations- Detroit Lakes, MN, Plymouth, MN, Ashland, OH, Randolph, MA, Madison, WI, Vacaville, CA, Largo, FL, or Birmingham, AL.

The job:

As our Sales Engineer, you will work directly with our customers. You will prepare cost estimates and generate proposals for industrial control panels for our Primex, CSI and SJE Rhombus brands. You will quote components such as PLC's, VFD's, HMI's, and motor starters. You will be working with panels that utilize various instruments such as flow meters, transducers, and sensors to operate and control automated industrial systems for the water and wastewater industry.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Be able to read electronic drawings/specifications
• Understand bid specifications and plans
• Have experience with control panel design and/or CAD drafting abilities

A 2-year technical degree with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• What are the hours? Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

• What is the starting wage? The starting salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000/year depending on location and experience.
