As a Design Consultant, what will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver professional, consultative presentations using Bath Fitter's proven tools and techniques.
- Own pre-qualified leads and appointments, generate your own leads for higher commissions.
- Build relationships with customers from first appointment to post-installation, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Accurately measure and assess tubs, shower bases, and walls using Bath Fitter’s tools and techniques
- Maintain displays and presentation materials to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
What is the ideal profile for this position?
- In-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus!).
- Proven ability to close sales in a one-call environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable taking measurements and performing basic math.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
