Truck Driver/ Class A Driver & Operator

Position Summary:
HaulLane is looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver with no restrictions to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles for local and regional hauls, with a focus on flatbed transport and rigging support. The ideal candidate will have experience securing loads, handling oversized equipment, and working in dynamic job site environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles with flatbed trailers.

• Transport materials, equipment, and freight safely and on schedule.

• Perform rigging tasks, including loading/unloading, strapping, and securing heavy or irregular loads.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records in accordance with DOT regulations.

• Assist with equipment placement and job site setup when necessary.

• Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and client requirements.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams regarding delivery timing and special instructions.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions (manual transmission & air brake endorsements required).

• Clean driving record with no major violations.

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably with flatbed and rigging work.

• Experience securing loads with chains, binders, and straps.

• Ability to read maps, follow GPS, and complete necessary delivery paperwork.

• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous rigging or crane assist experience is a plus.

• OSHA rigging or forklift certification (preferred, not required).

• Mechanical aptitude or experience assisting with truck maintenance.
