We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Driver to transport vehicles to and from our service department while ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Pickup & Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up customers’ vehicles for service and delivering them back once repairs are completed. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a top-tier customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.

    •    Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

    •    Conduct a quick visual inspection of vehicles before and after transport.

    •    Communicate effectively with the service team regarding pickup and delivery schedules.

    •    Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies.

    •    Keep accurate records of vehicle pickups, deliveries, and any customer concerns.

    •    Assist with additional dealership tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

    •    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    •    Must be at least 21 years old.

    •    Strong customer service and communication skills.

    •    Ability to drive a variety of Ford vehicles, including trucks and SUVs.

    •    Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

    •    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
