Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) – Washington
We are currently seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Washington to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 with full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused approaches.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participating in case discussions and peer review meetings to enhance your practice and care quality.
- Educating clients and their families on mental health matters, available treatments, and local resources.
- Remaining up-to-date on the latest mental health research and integrating this knowledge into your work.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LICSW license in Washington state.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques.
