Job Description

Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to ensure our systems meet the highest functional safety standards, adhering to industry regulations and enhancing the safety of next-generation mobility.
Responsibilities
Define
We establish and execute the functional safety roadmap, aligned with the company’s visions and goals. Especially ensuring compliance with standards.
Lead
Oversee the development of functional safety concepts and designs, supporting the team in their practical application of the automotive systems.
Collaborate
Work cross-functionally with hardware, software, and system engineering teams to integrate safety principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Verify
Lead audits, safety assessments, and reviews to verify compliance with functional safety standards.
Innovate
Proactively identify and address emerging challenges in automotive safety, such as incorporating cutting-edge research and technologies into practical functional safety processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong background in vehicle systems design, automotive networks, and electrical engineering.
Engineering in a safety critical field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conducting failure analysis and hazard analysis for automotive for industrial systems.
Developing safety processes for automotive safety standards.
ISO26262 Certification or equivalent safety standard in adjacent fields (e.g., medical, aerospace).
Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and standards (e.g., ISO 14229, ISO 13400).Experience in developing test and verification software.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality processes for production systems.
Enjoyment in discovering and solving new problems in automotive.
