Landscaping Project Manager at Prairie Blue Landscapes

Prairie Blue Landscapes is seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to join the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team.

We believe the process of crafting a beautiful outdoor space should be exciting. We offer a minimum starting salary of $90,000+ annually depending on experience. Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team: 

• 3+ years of landscape or construction project management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of landscape construction processes for high end residential projects
• Experience working multiple high end residential projects simultaneously

 Responsibilities of Landscaping Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team: 

• Leading and managing the schedule and execution of all construction or design/build projects;
• Providing exceptional client service throughout the project, including communicating schedules and expectations, providing timely progress updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Managing change orders;
• Managing subcontractors and seasonal staff to ensure quality work and appropriate timelines;
• Leading, coaching, and developing necessary team members;
• Providing proactive consultation and review of proposals to the Designers;
• Developing systems and processes to improve division and company results;
• Other duties as assigned.
