Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Remodel/Construction Technician at ServiceMaster Restore by BT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves assisting in various construction projects, including remodeling and restoration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.
- Trim Carpentry Experience: Measure, Cut and Install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.
- Plumbing, Electrical, and Hvac Experience.
- Experience installing cabinetry.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within specified timelines.
- Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
- Perform other duties as required to support the construction and restoration process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
