Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
$25–$30/Hour | 4-5 Days/Week | Friendly, Modern Office

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant (DA) who’s compassionate, confident, and ready to make a real difference in our patients’ lives. If you thrive in a positive team setting and love helping others feel at ease in the chair, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Love About This Role

What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor chairside during exams and procedures
- Take x-rays, impressions, and document detailed patient notes
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain treatment flow
- Use creativity to comfort anxious or pediatric patients
- Help manage the daily schedule and reduce wait times
- Assist with front desk tasks and verify patient insurance eligibility
- Maintain treatment rooms and follow sterilization protocols
- Promote dental education and home care to patients and families
- Stay current on safety, compliance, and licensure requirements
Requirements
- Active DA License/Certificate in the state of Illinois
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and team skills
- Excellent professionalism, reliability and dependability
- Comfortable with both patient care and front office support
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or with a team
Benefits
- Full Time Opportunity - Minimum 4 days a week, Saturdays required.
- Monday, 10 am to 6 pm
- Tuesday, 10 am to 6 pm
- Wednesday, 7 am to 2 pm
- Thursday, 7 am to 2 pm
- Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm (3 Saturdays a month)
- Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays of you work more than 25 hours a week.
