Full-Time Physical Therapist – Estero, FL
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life. This role involves evaluating physical conditions, designing tailored therapy programs, and guiding patients through treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience
Your Role Includes:
- Performing detailed patient assessments to determine therapy needs
- Developing customized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
- Providing education on rehabilitation techniques and preventive measures
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active or eligible Florida PT license
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
