The goal of the Marketing Operations Fintern is to help Finastra Marketing be worldclass by supporting Marketikng Ops by collecting and analysing Data, creating Reports and generating Insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate would help with Reporting, Analytics and Insights, Dashboards on Martech systems.

General Profile

• Shows passion about Marketing, Data, Analytics and Reporting
• Works with minimal guidance
• Shows skills and intelligence to develop conceptual and practical knowledge of Data, Analysis and Reporting and basic knowledge Marketing
• Has skills in using Excel, PowerBI (huge plus)

Functional Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Marketing, Technology
• Shows skills for working with data, analysis, insights, report generation, communication and presentation skills
• Exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and structures key trade-off decisions

Interpersonal Skills

• Good communication skills capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Stakeholder management
