Job Description
Decision Science (DS) Analyst/Associate Positions
- Are you looking for a consulting opportunity that uses your analytical skills, predictive modeling, and AI/ML?
- Does the thought of working with emerging trends and applying AI and GenAI best practices excite you?

- Conduct simple and advanced data analyses that help clients improve their patient health outcomes
- Build AI/ML models including machine learning algorithms, deep learning solutions, and GenAI applications
- Evaluate and recommend AI solutions for client business problems, assessing feasibility, ROI, and implementation approaches
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to predict and analyze key business metrics and trends
- Apply AI/ML, advanced statistical econometrics, and optimization models to real-world business problems
- Design and implement GenAI pipelines using LLMs, natural language processing, and multi-agent systems
- Work with a wide variety of modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, machine learning algorithms, clustering, neural nets, random forests, and deep learning algorithms
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, GenAI, predictive modeling and data science techniques
- Working towards a Bachelors/Masters preference given to: Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and any Engineering Major
- AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications
- Programming Skills: Proficiency or strong foundation in Python, SQL, R- Excel skills required
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and GenAI tools preferred
- Must have strong communication skills, comfortable presenting concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving mindset: Obsessed with working through and solving a wide variety of problems using analytical and AI approaches
- Dedicated team players who enjoy collaboration with the primary goal of "getting it done"
- Interest in life sciences industry and improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- Must have permanent work authorization to work in the United States, without need of visa sponsorship
