Military veterans encouraged toapply.  What You’ll DoAs a Cannabis Sock Packer, you’ll play a key role in preparing cannabis biomass forvarious extraction methods. Your responsibilities will include: ● Working with and inspecting our cannabis biomass● Loading cannabis biomass into nylon socks, packing them tightly to prepare forextraction● Cleaning around the sock packing station and keeping it tidy● Reviewing and following safety and quality control requirements● Keeping accurate records of the materials being processed.● Quality control: Inspecting the product for any abnormalities. ● Communicates all perceived issues, maintenances needs, troubleshooting, andout of scope wants or needs clearly to Leads and extraction manager● Completes other temporarily needed tasks as assigned by the extractionmanager● A sock packer may also assist the extraction team with other lab tasks. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ● Background in natural product extraction (closed loop extraction systems toinclude BHO, essential oil extraction, etc.) desired. ● Experience working in a commercial kitchen, construction, or other physicallydemanding jobs ● An excellent communicator who isn't afraid to admit mistakes, ask for help orclarification. ● Highly motivated, strong organizational and time management skills.● Familiarity with quality control, policy and procedure and documentation.● Ability to work as part of a team with cohesive aspects.● Attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve. ● A “Can DO!” attitude ● Ability to contribute to a positive and productive work environment REQUIREMENTS ● Ability to work in a laboratory environment without regular sensitivity to noise orstrong smells ● Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time● Ability to maintain attention to detail for at least 11 hours per day● Must be able to bend, lift, and stop continuously● Lift 50 pounds unassisted or up to 80 pounds assisted regularly● Must be able to obtain a Missouri DCR-issued Agent ID and pass a federalfingerprinting background check.  Why You’ll Love Working Here ● Competitive Pay: $15/hr with opportunities to grow. ● Positive Culture: Inclusive, team-first environment where everyone’scontribution matters. ● Career Growth: Join a leading company in Missouri’s cannabis industry withroom for advancement. ● Veteran-Friendly: Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
