Location: Wichita KansasImmediate Need!
$77,000 to $115,000 Yearly BOE SOB case by case basis Days no weekends
About the Role: We're hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead and support daily operations in the Cardiovascular Department. You'll work closely with the team, manage workflow, and step in for the department director when needed. You'll also handle important administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and Cardiovascular/Imaging departments
Support staff and improve workflow
Help with administrative and leadership responsibilities
Step in for the director when needed
What You Need to Have:
✅ Education & Licensure (choose one path):Path 1: Radiologic Technologist
ARRT Registered (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Kansas Radiologic Technologist License
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ORPath 2: Registered Nurse (RN)
Kansas RN License or Multi-State RN License
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
AND for both paths:
Bachelor's degree
BLS & ACLS certified
Experience Required:
Strong experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab as either an RN or Radiologic Technologist
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
Excellent leadership, clinical, and team-building skills
