About Us:Heart Care Centers of Illinois (HCCI) is a private, physician-led cardiovascular practice that has served the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago for over 50 years. With 29 board-certified cardiovascular specialists and a presence in 10 hospitals and 6 clinics, including our Mokena clinic, we provide cutting-edge, patient-centered heart care across the full spectrum of cardiovascular medicine.
At HCCI, we prioritize innovation, compassionate care, and superior outcomes. Our Mokena clinic is a key hub for outpatient care and closely collaborates with nearby affiliated hospitals to ensure seamless, high-quality treatment across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weeekends or call
Location: Based at the Joliet Clinic and affiliated hospitals in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago
Collaborative, high-volume cardiology team with physician and APP support
Employment Type:W2-employed position

Qualifications:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Prior cardiology experience as an NP/PA or RN is strongly preferred
Open to training motivated new graduates with relevant cardiovascular RN experience
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to patient care and quality outcomes
