Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. You will assist clients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort and safety, and provide companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medications and monitor client health status as needed.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be a skilled caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with valid certification.
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
