Job Description
The DIVS/Offender Screening case manager will provide risk, mental health and substance abuse screening services to district court defendants with the goal of identifying diversion alternatives to incarceration. Responsible for Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). Services are provided primarily at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center, however; some services may take place at other agency locations. Services are predominantly delivered to an adult population who carry a serious mental illness, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring diagnosis. The Case Manager will assist the court in managing domestic violence related cases in a timely and effective manner as the matters proceed through the court system. The Case Manager is responsible for establishing cooperation and communication among the participants, attorneys, treatment providers, Tulsa Police Department and other agencies and professionals involved in each case. The Case Manager will act as the liaison for all 11 police departments in Tulsa County.

The CCBHC offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services.
