Cashier/data entry

Job Summary:

Haldeman Ford, located in Hamilton, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time Cashier/Data Entry to join our team. This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling all cash and credit transactions in our accounting office, while also providing support with data entry tasks. This person will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our accounting department.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part-time hourly position within the auto industry. .

Entry Level position with great opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Process cash, check, and credit card payments accurately and in a timely manner.

- Balance daily cash and credit transactions and prepare necessary reports for management.

- Enter and update customer and vehicle information into the dealership's database.

- Learn other office functions, such as Motor vehicle processing, processing vehicle purchasing paperwork, product registration, and remittance to name a few.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous cash handling experience, preferably in a retail or dealership environment.

- Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable using various office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.
