WHO WE ARE:
We are asset managers with an insurance twist - we manage $8 billion of catastrophe and climate related insurance-linked securities (ILS). At Nephila, we like to shake up the status quo. We were pioneers in offering alternative funding to the reinsurance industry and were also the first to introduce a strategy specifically for managing climate-related risks. We have offices in Bermuda, London, and Nashville.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join our team as an associate within our CAT (property catastrophe) Rotation Program. In this program, you have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of our business across multiple offices globally, launching your growth and development.
In this role, you will:
- Engage in rotational assignments across departments, such as Partner Capital Team (our business development and client service group), Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Technology, Operations, and Research based on your unique interests and skills/capabilities
- Contribute to strategic projects and collaborate with diverse teams
- Conduct analysis and drive results
- Evaluate market trends, support underwriting activities, and optimize operational processes
ABOUT YOU:
- Possess strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and tell stories through data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Passion for continuous learning and growth
- Geographically mobile and able to spend time across all three offices (Nashville, Bermuda and London)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline
- Previous experience in finance or related fields preferred, but not required
- Ability to work and occasionally travel across diverse workforces and multiple jurisdictions (Nashville, London, Bermuda).
- Ability to be in the office 5 days a week most weeks
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Total Compensation between 90,000 - 115,000 USD
