- Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including scheduling, staffing, and event coordination
- Manage office administration tasks such as accounts payable, office organization, and HR responsibilities for all three stores
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality on the phone when speaking with customers
- Collaborate and communicate with all three stores at a high level
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to help grow sales in the catering department
- Prior experience in catering, event planning, restaurant industry or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel, Point of Sale operations and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if caterings call for it
