The Opportunity

At M3, our Carrier Relations Managers are the vital link between our organization and our insurance carrier partners, fostering relationships that drive growth and excellence in service delivery. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who thrives on building and nurturing strategic partnerships.

In this position, you'll be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our relationships with carrier partners. You'll play a crucial role in aligning carrier initiatives with M3's business objectives, ensuring that we're always delivering the best possible solutions to our clients. Working closely with our Sales Leadership, you'll set and strive towards specific relationship goals and performance standards, ensuring excellence every step of the way.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive strategic decisions. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with carrier partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to coordinate business planning and optimize carrier involvement.
  • Analyze carrier performance data and develop strategic presentations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead carrier-related initiatives as directed by Sales Leadership, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Manage the Carrier Relations SharePoint site, ensuring up-to-date and accessible carrier information for all M3ers.
  • Oversee carrier events, visits, and activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.
  • Develop and implement best practices for insurance marketing and product delivery.
  • Create and manage a carrier dashboard with critical information to maximize relationship potential.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional experience in client-facing, relationship-focused roles.
  • Strong background in insurance, preferably with experience in Property & Casualty.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensed in specific product lines (or ability to obtain licenses).
