Air Products & Services in Van Nuys, CA is actively seeking a full-time Experienced HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Service Technician duties include:
Service Technician duties include:
- Servicing customer's HVAC equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Performing routine HVAC service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
- Assisting in the training of other Air Products employees on service-related subjects, including call-back prevention and equipment protocols.
- Conducting point-of-work sales of IAQ services, unit components, and residential maintenance agreements.
- Developing unit replacements and add-on lead referrals for the sales staff.
- Performing other work in support of the IAQ and Installation Departments.
- Performing related duties as directed by the Service Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of service experience
- EPA certification
- NATE certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to service different types of residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Physical ability to perform the job including bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces and in extreme weather conditions found in So. California.
- Good verbal and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions and to clearly communicate with residential and commercial customers, suppliers, and other Air Products employees.
Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
