Coordination and support of the Medical Education Division of the Emergency Medicine Department to include residency, fellowship and undergraduate medical education programs.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordination and management of evaluation processes for faculty, residents and medical students.
• Assist with residency and fellowship recruitment efforts.
• Assist with credentialing and on-boarding of residents and visiting medical students
• Maintain and disseminate residency rotation documents.
• Manage subspecialty elective rotation process for visting residents, students and fellows
• Monitor database systems and compile performance and compliance reports
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson.

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 year's experience in UME/GME setting.
• Proficient in New Innovations or equivalent data management systems
