Coordination and support of the Medical Education Division of the Emergency Medicine Department to include residency, fellowship and undergraduate medical education programs.Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordination and management of evaluation processes for faculty, residents and medical students.
- Assist with residency and fellowship recruitment efforts.
- Assist with credentialing and on-boarding of residents and visiting medical students
- Maintain and disseminate residency rotation documents.
- Manage subspecialty elective rotation process for visting residents, students and fellows
- Monitor database systems and compile performance and compliance reports
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson.
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in UME/GME setting.
- Proficient in New Innovations or equivalent data management systems
