Job Description
CENCO Claims is looking for a Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial claims in the Birmingham, AL area. This role is a Field based role with flexible scheduling and steady claim volume.
Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess property damage on-site

Create detailed estimates using Xactimate

Document findings with photos and reports

Communicate with policyholders and carriers

Submit timely, accurate claim files
Requirements:

Proficient in Xactimate

Knowledge of construction and property damage
-
Strong communication and time management skills
-
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle
-
Alabama or designated home state adjuster license
