Job Description
We're seeking a driven and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the launch and commercial success of the brand-new Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport. Ideally located near outdoor recreation and downtown Belgrade, this is a rare opportunity to shape the market presence of a new Hyatt property from the ground up. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and positioning the hotel as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
- Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
- Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Prior Director of Sales Experience preferred.
- Hotel Sales Manager experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.
- Prior experience leading, motivating and managing successful sales teams.
- Prior brand experience and market knowledge desirable.

Salary Range: $77,093 - $96,366
