Join our dynamic team supporting customers and service teams in a fast-paced watch repair environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help ensure a smooth repair process by responding to customer inquiries, handling approvals, and coordinating support via phone, email, or online chat. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career and looking to build strong communication and customer service skills in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemail promptly and professionally. Review and respond to customer emails in a timely manner. Assist with repair approvals/declines and other administrative tasks.
Act as the first point of contact for customers needing repair updates or service help. Gather important details, research solutions, and work with team leads or technicians to resolve issues.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, using email, phone, or chat. Take ownership of each interaction by acknowledging concerns, offering solutions, and escalating as needed. Maintain professionalism and focus while managing multiple tasks.
Additional duties and projects may be assigned as needed. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential part of this role.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Friendly, patient, and helpful approach with customers
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (Microsoft Office, web browsers)
Able to stay organized, multitask, and adapt to change
Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
