Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and talented individuals for a variety of non-engineering positions. Whether your expertise lies in business development, marketing, human resources, finance, operations, or customer support, we have opportunities for you to make a significant impact. You will play a key role in supporting our technological innovations and ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Marketing:

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

    • Manage customer relationships and partnerships.

    • Create and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

  • Human Resources & Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.

    • Develop and implement HR policies and programs.

    • Support employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

  • Finance & Accounting:

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

    • Manage accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.

    • Provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.

  • Operations & Project Management:

    • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.

    • Optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.

    • Manage logistics, procurement, and facilities.

  • Customer Support & Success:

    • Provide excellent customer service and support.

    • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction programs.

    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed.

This is a hybrid role and requires working from our San Carlos, CA office at least three days a week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days.
