Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Translate or assist with Spanish-speaking customers as needed

  • Process payments and handle basic administrative duties

  • Collaborate with the service and sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Compensation: $400.00 - $600.00 per week
