Senior Devops Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer where you'll architect the infrastructure that powers mental health solutions for millions of users. You'll own high-impact initiatives across our engineering organization while mentoring a growing team in a collaborative, startup environment.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor engineers across teams on DevOps best practices and cloud-native architectures, empowering them to own their infrastructure through self-service platforms and golden paths rather than creating dependencies on the platform team
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with security, product, and clinical teams
• Establish engineering standards that will scale with our growing startup team

Your Technical Background

Cloud-Native Infrastructure

• AWS orchestrated with Terraform and a GitOps workflow using Spacelift, Atlantis, or similar TACOs
• Modern DevOps Stack: Docker, GitHub Actions, observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, or similar)
• Familiarity with compliance; HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, or FedRAMP

You're a Great Fit If You Have

Senior-Level Experience

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering with proven leadership in infrastructure initiatives
• Experience wearing multiple hats - you can ramp up quickly to new technologies and work independently

Technical Expertise

• AWS + Terraform: Deep hands-on experience with specific examples of infrastructure modernization
• Infrastructure as Code: Beyond basic usage - you've led migrations, refactoring, and standardization efforts
• CI/CD Leadership: Built and maintained production pipelines (GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins)
• Modern Practices: GitOps, serverless architectures, event-driven systems

Leadership DNA

• Track record of owning cross-team initiatives and driving them to completion
• Experience mentoring engineers and establishing best practices
• Comfortable managing up and influencing senior stakeholders
