Job Description

Job Summary

The Project Manager will support Cincinnati Children's collaboration with Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role will focus on our UAE-based collaboration, with potential to scale lessons learned to other initiatives. Travel to the UAE is not required.

This is a hybrid position, with the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week. Due to the time difference with the UAE, the preferred working hours will begin earlier in the day (e.g., 6-7 AM EST) to align with international partners.

In addition to PMP certification, experience with international healthcare projects is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management Consultation & Process/Quality Improvement

  • Collaborate across departments to implement and evaluate project plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements.
  • Monitor project metrics and outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor team members and support project facilitation.

Project Management Leadership

  • Engage stakeholders and manage project scope and communication.
  • Identify and secure necessary resources.
  • Lead project teams and assume accountability for outcomes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Summarize and communicate findings.
  • Manage regulatory and reporting requirements.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions and ensure team alignment.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize goals.
  • Recommend infrastructure and strategies to support project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience
  • Certification: PMP certification required
  • Preferred: Experience with international healthcare projects
