Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, 2 days in the office per week)

FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range for US Based Staff: $69,329 - $81,563

Position Summary:
The incumbent will act as project manager on a constituent relationship management (CRM) system, playing an essential role during the final user acceptance testing and historical data migration pieces. The incumbent will work alongside the overarching project manager to ensure critical interim deadlines and deliverables are met. The incumbent will implement project plans for iterative phases of system release features. Please note that position is not temp to hire.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of specific workstream workplans, tracking progress of internal team and technology vendor. Will manage work outputs of other project team members and ensure timeline compliance and quality of deliverables.
- Work alongside head project manager to escalate and resolve risks and barriers.
- Oversee user acceptance testing processes and track resolution with technology vendor.
- Manage communication between the core implementation team and internal/ external stakeholders regarding status. Oversee staff development of communications related to UAT testing and progress.
- Track and verify resolution of bugs and other issues alongside vendor and product owner.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to finalize project deliverables.
- Depending on workload, may also assist with basic project management functions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project, to include scheduling, task tracking, follow-up, and managing deliverable timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of related project management work experience
- Strong, demonstrated project management skills; must be able to point to specific successful project outcomes
- Experience as a project manager in software development and testing; knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience as/ working with product owners
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with constituent relationship management (CRM) systems or similar systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Past experience or ability to quickly learn Azure DevOps
Desired Qualifications:
- Educational background/ certifications in project management and/or a related technical discipline
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience working with technology vendors
