Job Description
Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? The Product Information Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effective utilization of product data across all platforms and channels at Graco. This experienced specialist works with minimal supervision to uphold and enhance Graco’s product content strategy and data governance standards, serving as a key resource for product information excellence. With a strong background in product information management and data processes, the role focuses on continuously improving workflows, optimizing data systems, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, structured product content that drives business success.
What You Will Do at Graco
Data Entry and Management
Maintain and optimize product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and structured according to internal standards and customer requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve product data workflows and processes; implement enhancements to increase efficiency, data quality, and consistency across various platforms (e.g., websites, distributor portals, and internal systems).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management, IT) to gather and update product content, aligning digital assets, marketing copy, and technical specifications with brand guidelines and channel needs.
Support new product launches by independently driving the collection, enrichment, and validation of all required product information, ensuring that new products are launched with comprehensive and accurate data across all customer touchpoints.
Document and refine PIM usage guidelines and workflows, working closely with IT or system vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize system functionality as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert on product information and data governance, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices for maintaining high data quality and consistency.
Data Syndication
Coordinate the syndication of product data and digital shelf content to external channels (e-commerce platforms, APIs, retailer templates, print catalogs), ensuring each destination receives complete, accurate, and properly formatted information.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks of product data across the PIM system and all downstream channels, identifying inconsistencies or gaps and taking corrective action to uphold data integrity and brand consistency.

What You Will Bring to Graco
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or information management; or equivalent.
3+ years experience in product management, or related experience.
Proven experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or related systems.
Strong understanding of digital shelf content requirements and product data governance best practices.
Proficient analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills to identify data issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of handling large sets of product data while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel Skills, ability to manipulate and analyze data to support content improvements and decision-making.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams to achieve common goals in product content and data initiatives.
Accelerators
Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.
Professional working experience in manufacturing or retail setting.
Experience working with PIM systems and eCommerce merchandising preferred.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
$64,200.00 - $112,400.00
