CDL A Driver

Drive with Darigold! Ready to build a career and help us Lead Dairy Forward? Darigold is seeking motivated, dependable, and professional CDL A Drivers to join our team in Boise, ID.

Details about this amazing opportunity:

Driver position opening for Local Driving [500 miles or less] combined with overnight trips going West to Portland and/or Seattle area. Routes contingent on specific transportation needs as advised by Darigold Product Deployment Team.

[Future opportunities that may open up at a later date could include Boise Night Shuttle driver, afternoon runs to Hermiston/Pendleton, Caldwell Plant shuttles, etc.…]

Scheduled Days and Times will be determined by deliveries and lanes needing filled.

Darigold Logistics is a 24/7 365-day operation. Drivers given up to two days off consecutively every week. [Every consideration made as to same days off each week]

4- or 5-day work schedule with 40 plus hours/week.

Dress code: Driver Standard Uniform Shirts and Safety Shoes, as required, will be provided by Darigold Logistics.

Current Driving position will include but not limited to the following:

• Afternoon Hermiston or Pendleton Swap transfers [Meet up with drivers out of Seattle or Portland]
• Possible Night Shift Boise Plant Shuttles to Americold, GXO Nampa, Targee yard
• Documented Reefer Temp Checks at Plant, warehouses, or yard
• Current 4 Afternoon/Night 10 to 12 hour work shifts depending on schedule
• Other Logistics Centered job tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Possess and be able to present a valid non-expired interstate Medical Examiner's Certificate Card (MEC)
• 1+ years of commercial Class A driving experience
• Ability to work nights/overnight
