• Position: CDL A Regional Truck Driver – Southwest Regional (Division 230)

• Hiring Areas: Phoenix, AZ | Albuquerque, NM | San Antonio, TX | Laredo, TX

• Route: Regional – Southwest states (AZ, NM, TX, CA, NV)

• Miles: Average 2,500 miles per week

• Schedule: 5–7 days out, 48 hours home

• Slip Seat Policy: Truck stays at terminal if home time exceeds 2 days; may be slip-seated

• Freight: no-touch, regional freight; may occasionally run outside of designated route depending on freight demand

Pay Structure

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,250 – $1,375

• Annual Earnings: $65,000 – $71,500+

• Mileage Pay: Competitive per-mile rates with steady miles

• Consistent Freight: Year-round freight with reliable routes

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

• Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ | Albuquerque, NM | San Antonio, TX | or Laredo, TX

• Must be available for 5–7 day runs with weekend and holiday availability as needed

• Safe driving record and ability to operate in a regional network
