Job Details

• Position: CDL A Truck Driver – MDI Dedicated

• Location: Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC (28601)

• Freight: 100% no-touch; 50% live load/unload at customer locations

• Average Miles: 1,550 per week

• Loads per Week: 3+

• Stops: 3–5 per day (excluding first/last, $15 per stop paid)

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset, typically Saturday–Monday

• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Orientation: One-day classroom, paid $100

• Equipment: Fleet of Internationals, Freightliners, Kenworths, and Volvos

• Delivery Area: NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH

Pay Structure

• Weekly Average Pay: $1,150–$1,200

• Annual Earnings Potential: $60,000+

Mileage Pay (based on verified experience):

• 1 Year: $0.64 CPM

• 2 Years: $0.65 CPM

• 4+ Years: $0.66 CPM

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first/last)

• Orientation Pay: $100

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total

  • $500 after the first load

  • $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated to qualify)

Key Requirements

• CDL A with at least 3 months of experience

• Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC

• Must have personal transportation to and from the DC (trucks cannot be taken home)
