CDL A Truck Driver – Southwest Regional Fleet – Dallas Based – Home Weekly – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
We're hiring experienced CDL A regional drivers to join our Southwest Regional Fleet operating out of the Dallas, TX area! Enjoy weekly home time, steady freight, and reliable miles while driving modern, well-maintained equipment. Earn $1,100–$1,200 per week and be part of a company that values both your time on the road and your time at home.
Position Highlights
Regional Routes: Run consistent freight throughout the Southwest region while getting home weekly for your 34-hour reset.
Weekly Miles: Average 2,000 miles per week (mileage may vary depending on HOS and driver availability).
Freight Type:100% no-touch freight, with a balanced mix of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload.
Average Haul Length: 300 miles.
Home Time: Weekly for your 34-hour reset — predictable and consistent!
Compensation & Pay
Pay Range: $0.54–$0.60 CPM (based on verified experience)
Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200 gross
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hours)
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days)
Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Equipment & Support
Late-Model Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
24/7 Operations Support: Assistance available around the clock — day or night
Automatic Transmissions: Comfortable, fuel-efficient equipment
Vacation Package
1 year = 1 week
3 years = 2 weeks
7 years = 3 weeks
15 years = 4 weeks
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must live within a commutable distance of Dallas, TX
