Home Daily | $27.50/hr | Overtime + Annual Pay Raises | 10 Openings
Position Overview:Join our Dedicated City fleet based in Fort Wayne, IN, and enjoy stable, home-daily routes with consistent hours and great pay. This is a local driving position ideal for CDL-A drivers looking for predictable schedules and overtime opportunities.
Pay & Schedule:Hourly Pay: $27.50/hour (Guaranteed 8 hours/day)Overtime: After 50 hours weeklySchedule: Assigned start times — current openings at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PMHours: 8–14 hours per dayHome Time: Home daily (10 hours off between shifts)Saturday Work: Required 3 times per monthAnnual Pay Increases:
1 year = $28.18/hr
2 years = $29.05/hr
3 years = $30.50/hr
Position Details:
Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN (46809)
Dedicated local city solo routes (no overnight travel)
Average 2,000 miles per week
All start times are assigned based on operational needs
